While your dental health is our main concern we also find it important to discuss your overall health and wellness. We often chat about the importance of exercise and making sure our patients are taking care of their mind, body, and soul. Often times, inflammation and pain can be relieved by reminding each other to find ways to relax... like yoga or puppy therapy!
